For Laptop and PC work, we can either collect and deliver your Laptop or PC from you (for a small fee that should be paid up front to cover our costs) or, if you feel more comfortable with the work being done in your home, we can sometimes work on your Laptop or PC through remote desktop software (we can then see your laptop or PC whilst it is switched on) but we would need your assistance from time to time in order to do this.

Where we offer a service through a remote desktop application, you would need a stable Broadband internet connection.
We work based on the previous quotations that you have received. If we can do the work cheaper than a competitor, we will let you know, otherwise, we will be honest with you and then it is up to you as to whether you like the way we work and whether you would like us to work with you.
